Notes:

     * Some Internet Explorer users may experience problems downloading 
files on the ftp server if they are using a proxy server. This is 
documented in Microsoft Knowledge Base article #195439. You can safely 
execute this command to fix this problem:

       regsvr32.exe /u msieftp.dll
