[Amps] IC2KL questions

I recently picked up a used IC2KL amp/power supply. While it seems to operate OK 
for the most part, I have a couple questions that I cannot find answers to using 
the search engine. 

1. The fan is incredibly loud...sounds like a darn plane taking off when it comes 
on. Any info on a replacement for this? 

2. Any info on a QSK mod? Stock realy is pretty loud and not sure on how fast it 
is.
