[Amps] Advice please Ameritron amp

The AL82 is a stable and rugged amp not prone to problems.
Are both tubes lit?
What is the idle current?
With the cover off and driving see that one tube isnt getting red while the 
other plate is dark.
Is the input VSWR under 1.2?
