[Amps] use of Emtron DX-2 during contest/expedition

I realize that many contesters feel that power limits are simply 
suggestions, but I feel compelled to point out that 2kW output is 
illegal in the US (as well as the Netherlands).

Dick, I guess you must've missed that part of the regulations when you 
were studying or your U.S. license. ;)
