[Amps] Opinion on the AL800?

Its simply another rather generic Ameritron amp. Nothing special, lots of 
common parts, minor modifications of a design going back to the AL-80.

Just remember that 40W is maximum drive for a single tube.

Look at it as a GM car with another name badge.
