[Amps] RF Parts Channel; Television Broadcast Equipment

    A local TV station here in Lexington, Ky donated their
UHF transmitter to our club. We disassemble everything.
They kept most of the good stuff , like driver, power meters and
some dummy loads. But we got loads of copper transmission line
patch panels and power supply parts plus the klystrons.
And over a period of time sold it on ebay and at hamfest.

What they got out of it was a cleaned out transmitting
building and did not have to pay for any labor.
   We would be in great shape if we still had the copper at
today's prices.
