[Amps] 4-1000A GG Grid Bias

Hello Group,

  What's the best\proper bias voltage for the 4-1000A amp using a zener diode? I see to many differing schools of thought. The plate voltage is variable using a variac, 4 to 6.5 KV. Let the theories begin.
