[Amps] re 77 mhz to 88 mhz vhf band usage

Well... Sweden is using this range for police dispatch among other things.
Norway is using it for closed company channels like bus traffic , tow-trucks 
and so on...
I am sure the ITU or a subsection  has a listing of freqency management in 
different
regions or countries. I just can not find it now :-)
