[Amps] Zero signal current 3CPX800A7

Eimac claims 15mA at 2.2KV anode voltage and 40mA at 2.5KV per tube.
Both with 8.2 zener diode in the cathode line.

  15 + 15 = 30 ?

I'm not sure when 15 + 15 = 60?  Or is the resting current 30 Ma per tube?
