[Amps] 3-500Z viable after long storage?

There are several ceramic tubes that are notorious for seal leakage. The 
4CX300A is a classic. OTOH it is the better process for several reasons.

For EimacVarian it was sloppy manufacturing of glass tubes when they moved 
to Nevada.
