[Amps] Does Ameritron have the industrys worse customer service?

It is while since I called Ameritron but I have excellent experiences with their customer and technical support. (Rather less with the build quality of their products :-)

I have just spent this morning getting the run-around from airlines and some other large corporations - they even manage to make their web sites totally customer unfriendly. Ameritron doesn't even begin to compare!
