Carl,

MFJ is not BIG company.  

How does bashing one of the last ham radio companies in the USA or making
topical remarks about Mississippi improve customer services?

If you have enough time to bash MFJ on this reflector then you surely have
enough time to go to their WEB site page dedicated to collecting comments
from customers and submit a reasonable and respectful comment regarding you
experiences and suggestions.

Ranting on this reflector doesn't fix anything for any one! Sort a like
writing to your senator ;-(

p.s. my customer service experience with MFJ/Ameritron has been excellent,
helpful advice and at times free parts...your mileage may vary!
