My 425 manual says:

BAND COVERAGE:  1.8-2.0, 3.2-4.7, 6.5-8.5, 13.4-19.6, 17.6-23 MHz.
        (Export model provides coverage of 17.6-26.5 and 20.6-31 MHz).

I've been using TITANs (3CX800A7's versions) on 12 & 17 for years,
without thinking about plate-choke limitations/problems.  I tune 12M
from the 10M bandswitch position, and 17M from the 15M position,
after testing the other possibilities.

Any one out there looked at plate-choke limitations?  I have not
queried TT.
