Well, we COULD 1) rename the list "amps and the FCC." 
Or we could 2) restrict discussions to amplifiers.
Or 2)discussions like this could take place somewhere such as QRZ.com, the "Talk Forum."
Or we could 4) open it up to my pet peeve too, the currently running First Class Operators contest, which
doesn't allow me to participate. 

I vote for number 2.
