[Amps] FL2100B questions

Thanks to all those that responded both publicly and privately!

Everyone thought the tubes are tired. Two folks said the mica  
capacitors on the 40m input pi-network were a known problem and needed  
to be replaced.

I've located another pair of tubes, and I'll be replacing the 40m.  
input caps.

Thanks for all the help, much appreciated.
