My 'lectric bill here in the California desert, miles from the nearest
generating plant runs about 12 cents per kWh. For 2 cents, I ain't
moving.

Besides, in my nine years here I have yet to see even one mosquito.
Can you get bug spray with the 2 cents you saved?   :-)
