[Amps] Grounded grid matching circuit

Ulrich was a regular RadioKit customer and we would usually get into long 
telephone discussions. I brought that article up in conversation and he 
freely admitted it wasnt one of his better ideas(-;

I learned a lot during those discussions, he is truly amazing.
