That's not too stressful for me.  I apply the test 

"Are the burrs doing to make me bleed?"  

If so, I work on tidying up the edge.  If not, and the hole is going to be covered by the 
meter bezel, etc. then I go on to the next task.

Those baby aspirins keep the smallest injury oozing, so my metalwork has gotten 
better over the years.  8-)
