Most RG-400 and RG-142 is FEP jacketed and NEC CMP/MPP-rated for plenum use. 
My house does not use an air-return plenum, and I suspect most residential 
homes do not.  In the event of a fire, there are more significant burn 
issues in a common shack than burning Teflon.
