[Amps] For Rex Lint

Rex,

Got your direct message. I tried again, this time sending only a short 
message, without the attachment. It bounced back just the same. It's NOT 
a problem of a wrong address. It must be something with permissions. 
This is the error message I get:

Other list members, please excuse me for using the forum to contact Rex, 
  trying to sort out this problem! Maybe someone who got the Excel sheet 
could forward it to Rex, and have better luck than I in getting it through?
