[Amps] Alpha 76

I have an Alpha 76 ...with two tubes and it's the early version of the 76 which has only one meter on the front..


The push buttons on the front which switch the meter functions won't engage..that is to say when you push in a 
button it won't stay pushed in??  the buttons are out all the time...I have tried pushing all combinations of buttons to see
if that would help...it didn't

I am guessing it's a mechanical problem ???


Any comments are welcome...
