[Amps] Used tubes

Like many high power tubes, you can tell if they were put in normal 
sockets as the proper sockets use finger stock which will leave vertical 
marks on the contact rings every time the tube is put in and taken out 
of the socket.

Nor should they "rattle" when tipped back and forth.
