[Amps] ENI transistors

Hi All

I have a few rf boards by ENI .Looks like standard MOSFET push-pull rf
linear power amps at 50V.

The transistor is MOTO ENI-30B kind of custom made rf mos 

Anybody on list has any Data or diagrams of ENI boards?
