Let's see ....

E=IR ... so the voltage loss in the secondary would be

E= 147 x current drawn .... say 2 amps = 294volts

5200 - 294 = 4906 volts.....

Why do you think you won't get much current out of the transformer?

Or is my calculation 'fuzzy'?
