[Amps] Massive transformer

I measured a similar UTC S-50 item with a 5kv ct winding rated at 300madc 
and a single 115vac primary
It reads 460 ohms across the total seconday and weighs about 65 lbs
>From that I would guess you have about a 1/2 amp seconday
