[Amps] 811H Plate Current

Set the switch to operate and short the RCA keying jack to check if 
the relays click. I had a 811H on the bench to repair and the relay 
contacts were fused which meant that the amp was keyed as yours appears to be.

Have fun. That circuit board is a real pig to work on.
