[Amps] Good amp to buy

I have a LK-500 "B" model and it is running OK. It has no protection circuits in it that I can find other than a fuse. I cannot tell what is difference is between the "A" and "B" versions. I have the original manual and it seems to be a mish mash of both A and B information. Do you know?

Thanks,
Randy.

The LK-500ZC was the last model and the best. I bought mine new in 86 and
still use it with the only problem being the (optional) vacuum relay and
that includes many years of intense contesting and DXing using VOX CW and
SSB.

I probably should change the filter caps as simple PM.
