If you want that Mig-21 sucking up gravel on an unimproved runway
sound, go with a couple of Rotron Centrimax CX-33 blowers.

Or, if the XYL doesn't mind a little two-cycle smoke, use a 41cc
Homelite leaf blower with a tuned pipe.

## I have one left of those infamous rotron CX-33 blowers. They are superb
blowers, and will deliver a huge amount of pressure. Mine are 230 vac rated.
I tried one on my small 0240vac @ 5A variac.. and it works VERY well.
I could adjust the speed/airflow very easily..from a crawl to full bore..and
anything in between. The current draw, even when run full bore, is very little.
Good rich enterprises.com still rebuilds CX-33 blowers.

The rotron centrimax CX-33 blower was one of the best blower's
ever made imo. Stupidest thing they ever did, when trhey discontinued it..
and have no direct replacement either. One of em will easily cool a pair
of YC-156's or a 3x10. You need 2 x CX-33's for a 3x15 or 3x20. That
was a standard FM broadcast set up for a long time [ 2 x CX-33's on a
GG 3x15] . A buddy here in town got a hold of a 3x15 FM TX... and stripped
it of parts..which is where I got the pair of CX-33's from. It will do an easy
3-5" of water pressure.
