[Amps] A dual 4-1000 amp

The relays and anything else that makes a chirp, burp or crunch when you 
key up is critical to AM operation.

I run legal-limit AM with my Flex-5000A and an 8877, but while everyone 
loves the audio I do take flak that it doesn't take 5 seconds of noisy 
relays and grinding toggle switches to get from RX to TX and back. :-)
