Hi

The power supply portion sounds good.

  Your selection of device is good and there is a lot on the net about them.

A couple of SD2932 can be used as push pull single unit provided that you
strap each device drains together and separate gates fed and on each one a
small series resistor about 2.7Ohm/1W in series. then strapped together.

2devices will peak at 850W at 50V.

Cooling the pallet is a mechanical  homework but once done you have a great
base.
