[Amps] Where is power measured ?

That management attitude is why I am no longer in broadcasting. On my 5
tower array (4 tower DA night and a fifth, center, tower as a non-DA
daytime) I always measured field strength at least monthly. We had to
protect a Canadian station at night and had a *very* deep null toward VE so
my measurements were more critical than most.

Too bad such good engineering practice has become optional.
