[Amps] Info wanted SSPA, 7000 and 8000 series by Rohde and Swartz

Friends,
I am looking for hands on info, or data books  on the Rohde and Schwarz  TV and other use,  Solid State Amps.  Series  7000 and Series 8000.  There may be some available surplus at decent prices
Possible application at 432 and If any of the models go to  1.3 ghz.
