[Amps] Commander HF 1250

The voltmeter on my HF 1250 stop working.   I looked at the schematic and
the amplifier and wow not the easiest to work on.  The B+ voltage is fine at
2800 but no readings on the meter.  Looking at schematic it show a resistor
voltage divider going to the switch (the schematic is missing some
connections and it's not clear about some of the interconnections since the
different sheets have different names).  Where are these resistors, it looks
like they might be under the RF deck, but that would require disassembly of
the whole amp chassis.  Anyone who has worked on one these I sure could use
a hint before I start taking every thing apart.  Also if anyone has a better
schematic than the one in the manual I would appreciate that.  Thanks.
