[Amps] srft3034 data sheet

used search engines and still could not find anything other than
the first page at one Russian site. 
 Lots of hits but none of the sites actually had anything useful.

 I need a data sheet for a SRFT3034 power transistor.
I can only find it to be a 35w uhf transistor.
