[Amps] best deal for Mallory caps?

Alpha, Ameritron, Amp Supply, and others all use 220-270uF caps. There is no 
reason for 400 unless the goal is to put more stress on the step start.
Excessive C also requires a lot more consideration to how the energy storage 
is going to be handled under a HV fault condition.
