[Amps] diodes for motor driven vacuum variable

Jim,

Let's assume for a minute that there are only 2 diodes and the 3rd one
is maybe something like a zener as only 2 diodes are needed for the
usual limit switch circuitry. Also I am assuming that the motor is a DC
motor. The diodes connected to the limit switches handle the full motor
current and need to have reverse voltage greater than the DC motor
supply. That is it. Do a search for DC motor limit switch circuit for
lots of examples.

As part of the limit switch assembly, there are 3 diodes, marked TJ4245AKK (maybe TJ4245AXX, the printing isn't real clear.) Anyway, here's the question: Does anyone have the data sheet for these? I need to know what to replace them with as one let the magic smoke out and another is broken. I can run the motor without the limit switches but I would like to keep that feature. BTW, I will be running it on 12 V.
