You typically have two hots and ground no neutral return.  You connect
a 120 v. fan across one hot and CT on the plate iron primary.  that's
okay to do.

Good point about the multiple primary taps--that's a better idea.  I
do the separate line thing for my rf deck fan also.

CT on secondary may never be used but more taps usually means faster
easier sale if it is ever listed.   Extra 6A10s good idea they're
cheap insurance.  Also tnx vy much for the description of the choke
input setup--i have been looking for some brief easy to follow
description like that minus 3 pages of impenetrable engineering.

Steve I forget what this thing is you need iron for but don't let a
cabinet box you in.  Throw away part of the cover, put the thing on a
rack shelf in a 4 foot tall rack and put your big stuff, iron, caps
what have you in the bottom.


BTW I have Electro mod iron and big chokes--they are well made.
Electro supplied iron for Sparta bc rigs.
