[Amps] AC Hum On CW but Not on SSB

I have a Henry Amplifier that uses two 3-500Z.  a Model 2K floor 
Mounted.  I get a Lot of Complaints of a Very large "AC type Hum" on CW 
but not on SSB.  This is confirmed by several different operators in 
Europe by Switching Modes, and Bands.  Could it be one of My power 
supply Capacitors in my Power supply is going Bad?  I have eight of them 
in this AMp.
