[Amps] Storage of 813 bases amplifier

They may still be made in Europe, I bought some NOS Swedish military Philips 
with 1999 date codes last year.

Since the 813 came out in 1939 Id go for the newest date codes I could find 
and hope for the best. Im sure a person could test them in an 
apartment/condo without an antenna just to test and getter.
