[Amps] Molex Pins

The old 24 pin ACC connector is an entirely different animal than
the Icom/Kenwood/Yaesu/etc. power connectors which vary all over
the map.  The ACC connector is Molex and the pin numbers are correct
as they came from Icom/Icom service manuals.
