[Amps] Alpha chimneys

   Can someone tell me how Alpha and others that use silicone rubber chimneys
   on  the tubes deal with the tops of the chimneys? Do they just butt up
   against a perforated section of the top cover, do they exhaust into the
   cabinet, or what?  I've looked at many amplifiers with the covers off, but
   I've never noticed!
