Hi Manfred,

Maybe a band specific, power compliant isolator?  Usually only a few tenths of a dB forward attenuation with 25 to 30 dB reverse isolation into a 50 Ohm termination.  A directional coupler could be used to detect the output of the transceiver before the isolator.
