The RCA data sheet attached is indeed for the 7034/4X150A tube and it does specify 250 watts plate dissipation. 

In my earlier post, I meant to say that the Eimac tube data is for the 4X150A, which is different than the 7034/4X150A.  The 250 watt dissipation only applies to the 7034/4X150A.
