[Amps] Drake

As in most Grounded Grid Amplifiers the Drake 
requires that B- is allowed to float from ground. 
If your B- is connected directly to ground 
(chassis) the metering system will not work. You 
need to check the schematic for the OEM supply and wire accordingly.
