[Amps] Drake

Hello

I have a drake l4 hf amp.i have built a external power supply that i connected to the hv miller 
In drake amp.and a still have orginal ps connected to 220 line to amp to get power to 
Amp for 5v to tubes and so on.hv line from orginal ps has been disconnected.
Now a small problem,grid current and anod current meters dont work,what has
I missed?,
