[Amps] Cool Amp Silver Plating

Up to at least 2M it is only for cosmetics and doesnt improve performance.

I still use a 4CX250B cavity amp made from copper pipe and silver solder on 
440 MHz FM and the 250W output hasnt changed since I built it in 89.
