[Amps] Russian HV Supply Capacitors

Not any link making me wiser Carl, most links to ebay ads as you also 
refer to, so they may be Chinese now converted to US Made to ease sales...
As most companies have a web page these days strange I did not find 
anything for TCI at least indicating they produce el caps.
But most less expensive stuff come from China these days...and we are 
happy to outsource our production to them still..AND lets not forget 
they make quality products as well.

Maybe I did a mistake...I guess I will find out.
Is there a quick way to test these caps ?

I received another batch of 20 today from another source:

Did I repeat the same mistake or do the group approve they can be used 
in a planned 5KV 2A CCS supply?
