[Amps] MLA2500B on WARC bands

Remove 4T from the top of the plate choke to remove the 12M resonance to the 
CB band.

Remember that there is no tuned input in that amp so some rigs may fold back 
power.

Also keeping the grid current low is VERY important to long life as new 
8875's can run $1100-1300 a pair if you can find them. KNOWN GOOD ones are 
in the $500-800/pair range.
