Here you can download a Windows application that will do all the 
"what-if" calculations for you.  The URL gives an example analysis of a 
4CX1000A, and the downloadable package has a few popular tetrodes ready 
to go.  You will have to "digitize" your own constant-current curves for 
other Tetrodes, but it's really not too difficult.  Instructions are 
included.  It's far from commercial grade, but it shouldn't be too 
difficult to figure out.
