There are at least two 2 X 3-500 amps on the market these days and both in 
the $3K range which Is
my Marginot price line that seperates high end from the rest.

As far as ceramic tubes the majority these days are Chinese and Russian. 
Some offer an ovepriced Eimac as an option.
